Here is the packet we received in the mail that includes the details on Evans Management’s new messaging system in case anyone did not receive it.
I have also included a fillable form that you can use and email to michelle@evans-management.com.
You can also email Michelle the information requested on the form directly to her in an email without using this form, as well as mail it to them by USPS, or drop it off at their office.

Who to Contact if You Need Assistance at the Park.
If you have an issue that needs needs attention from the management:
1. Email our park management at portolaheights@evans-management.com or call 831-724-4909. Email is always good even if you call so that there will be a record of it.
2. If you do not get a response that you feel is appropriate or if the issue is not resolved in a reasonable amount of time, email michelle@evans-management.com and/or call Michelle’s direct line at Evans Management at 831-246-8626.
